To all our Eastern Aberdeen Association members: we have big news to share about some changes coming from our parent organization, the American Aberdeen Association (AAA). The AAA Board of Directors has announced that they are in the process of moving their registry office to a new location.
During this transition period, the current registry office will remain fully operational, handling all Aberdeen registry tasks—including DNA processing—to ensure there’s no disruption in service. This means that, for now, it’s business as usual for anyone needing registry services.
Why This Move Matters
The registry office is a crucial hub for maintaining accurate records, processing registrations, and supporting breeders with DNA verification. This relocation aims to enhance the AAA’s efficiency and improve services to benefit breeders and members alike. While it’s a big shift, it’s ultimately geared toward creating a smoother and more streamlined experience for all involved.
Stay Updated
The AAA is committed to keeping members in the loop as the transition progresses. You can expect regular updates posted on the AAA website and shared through the Member Connection, so you’ll have access to all the latest information.
We appreciate everyone’s patience and support in helping to make this a smooth move for everyone involved. Keep an eye out for future updates, and feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need further assistance during this transition period.
Thank you for being part of the Aberdeen community, and here’s to a new chapter of growth and improvement!
