Please find the list of events and jackpots we know of below. If you plan on attending any shows, please email the board and we will update the event to try and pull more breeders to show with you! Shows are a great place to meet like minded people that enjoy the breed. Shows with an (*) asterisks will have an American Aberdeen sponsorship/class or will be knowingly attended by one of our members. Clarification will be in the event description. Subject to change as timelines approach.

Hoosier Beef Congress – Junior Show

December 6 - December 8

A premier cattle event for the youth of Indiana to participate at on the first weekend of December. There is a showmanship contest Friday, a judging contest and an auction Saturday morning before the show gets underway. Entry deadline is November 1, 2023.
    1. All Junior Show entries must be postmarked by November 1.
    2. Entry fee is $125.00 per head by November 1, 2023. The fee includes grooming chute space, tan bark and heated barn space at no additional charge.
    3. Late entries will be accepted online until 12:00 midnight on Saturday, November 25, 2023.
    4. Entries postmarked after November 1, 2023 will be $200.00 per animal.
    5. No refunds.
    6. All exhibitors must be members of IBCA.
