The Eastern Aberdeen Association (EAA) is a regional association focused on promoting moderate-framed cattle, the American Aberdeens, in the eastern United States.

The EAA was established in January 2008 and has been responsible for providing outstanding opportunities for American Aberdeen producers to promote their cattle east of the Mississippi. In our short history, this will be the tenth consecutive show at the North American International Livestock Expo (NAILE), in Louisville, KY.

Association membership is open to (AAA) American Aberdeen breeders who live within the following states:

  • Florida
  • Georgia
  • Illinois
  • Indiana
  • Kentucky
  • Michigan
  • North Carolina
  • Ohio
  • South Carolina
  • Tennessee
  • Virginia
  • West Virginia

We have strong membership throughout the region and are working at making sure that the regional shows cover the complete region. See our events page to see where the shows are this year.

We strive to provide value to our members interested in learning more about American Aberdeens, looking for marketing outlets for beef and breeding stock as well as assisting with regional shows, clinics, and other EAA events presented by the membership.
